Approached by Sandwell and West Midlands NHS trust on a full-scale rebrand designed to elevate the charity’s presence, deepen its connection to the local community, and drive long-term engagement. The project covered every facet of brand development — from strategic positioning and art direction to photography, content creation, digital screen media, and a fully redesigned and redeveloped website.
At the heart of this rebrand was a need to reshape how the Trust was perceived — moving away from a static identity and toward a more vibrant, people-first narrative. We focused on restructuring the brand vision around a core idea: “Making Everyone Matter.” This became the guiding principle across every touchpoint, ensuring that the brand resonated with real people across Sandwell — not just in message, but in tone, imagery, and action.
