Noodles… the staple of Japanese cuisine, the creation of a simple laid back restaurant offering Japanese cuisine, from the most famous Japanese noodle ramen (ラーメン) Udon, teriyaki dishes & ramen bowls. Japanese noodles are enjoyed chilled with dipping sauces, within soups, stir-fried, or salads. Based on the Fukuoka simple food cart style using branded wood and bespoke ceramics tableware and clean lines of Japanese style.
