At the heart of our HSE work for ADMA was a simple goal: to keep every worker informed, protected, and confident—no matter their language or role. We created a suite of accessible, easy-to-follow materials that put wellbeing first, tailored to the real-world environments staff face daily across UAE oil and gas sites.
Nonfacture delivered a full-suite Health & Safety communications system for ADMA, covering all core aspects of workplace wellbeing—from hydration, noise levels, and posture to site conduct and environmental awareness. Designed for a multinational workforce, the materials prioritised clarity and cultural inclusivity, using plain language and a consistent set of universally recognisable icons. The deliverables included printed literature, large-format site posters, portable onboarding card suites, and custom-designed infographics—alongside content for ADMA’s internal digital portal—ensuring key safety messages were easily understood, retained, and reinforced across every touchpoint.
